TARGET ATHLETE
Athletes looking to improve or compete in a 70.3/Ironman event this year or the near future, and/or those who have completed a century ride. Once again, we also welcome pure cyclists. We will have 2 or 3 groups of different paced cyclists out on the road which allows scope for a variety of paces. If you are unsure about the suitability of this camp for you, please email the Camp Director: info@solvangtriathloncamps.com
Bike Choice: If you are debating between bringing a road bike or triathlon bike to this camp and have the choice, then our vote is a road bike. Unless that is you have a race within a month of the camp and need time on your triathlon bike. For a week long camp, if you have the choice, a road bike offers more comfort and is more suitable to the terrain offered with this itinerary.

"Getting to Tepusquet Canyon was a blast in itself. However, once we were in the canyon climbing the moderate grade under an amazing overhang of trees, I knew Tepusquet was something special, and then when we descended the backside on the smoothest most immaculate road ever with perfectly cambered corners and even more trees; I was on my new favorite ride!"
